GaadiFrame Privacy Policy

GaadiFrame is a mobile app for Indian used-car dealers. It helps dealers select car photos, add vehicle details, generate branded framed images, save them to the device, and share them with buyers or listings.
This policy explains what data GaadiFrame collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and how you can contact us or request deletion. GaadiFrame is operated by Manmeet Sethi as an individual developer. For privacy questions or data requests, email m20sethi@gmail.com.
1. Data We Collect

2. How We Use Data
- Provide the app's core features: phone verification, dealer branding, car photo framing, preview, save, and share.
- Authenticate users and protect subscription-scoped access.
- Process and verify subscriptions.
- Save generated framed images to your device when you choose to export.
- Monitor app reliability and fix technical issues.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Photos and Device Storage
GaadiFrame asks for photo access so you can choose car photos and optional dealer logos. It asks for media-library access so generated framed images can be saved to your gallery. The app processes selected photos to create framed images. Generated images may be shared through your device's sharing options when you choose to share them.
4. Third-Party Services and Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run GaadiFrame:

These providers process data to provide their services to GaadiFrame. They may process data in India or other countries where their infrastructure operates.
5. Payments
Paid subscription checkout is handled by Razorpay. Razorpay may collect payment details such as UPI, card, bank, billing, or transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. GaadiFrame stores subscription identifiers and status, but does not store card, UPI, bank, or payment instrument details.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Dealer profile, listing, and photo selections may be stored locally on your device so the app can show your drafts and listings. Subscription records may be retained on our backend while your subscription or account is active and as needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion by emailing m20sethi@gmail.com.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit and account-scoped access controls for backend data. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored on GaadiFrame servers.
8. Your Choices and Rights
- You can choose which photos to import into the app.
- You can delete local app data by resetting or uninstalling the app.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by email.
- You can stop using the app at any time.
9. Children's Privacy
GaadiFrame is intended for business owners and used-car dealers. It is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
