Zyada Privacy Policy

Zyada is a mobile app that helps Indian local businesses find their Google listing, send review-request links, track review growth, and prepare review replies. Zyada is operated by Manmeet Sethi as an individual developer. For privacy requests, email m20sethi@gmail.com.

1. Data We Collect

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Customer Contacts You Add

When you add a customer's name or phone number, you confirm that the person is your customer and that you have a lawful basis to contact them. Zyada processes these contacts on your behalf so you can send review-request links. Do not add or contact anyone unlawfully.

5. Advertising and Analytics

Zyada may use Meta app events and Android Advertising ID (GAID) to measure app installs, registrations, purchases, and advertising attribution. You can limit or reset your advertising ID from your Android device settings. We also use product analytics to understand app usage and improve the service.

6. Payment Data

Payment details such as card numbers, UPI IDs, and bank account details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Zyada. We store limited subscription and payment identifiers needed to activate access, reconcile payments, support users, and handle refunds or disputes.

7. Data Retention

We keep account, business, customer, usage, and subscription data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We may keep limited records for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and security purposes.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and account-scoped database security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss.

Zyada is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
