Zyada Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 8 June 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zyada mobile app and related services. Zyada is operated by Manmeet Sethi as an individual developer. Contact: m20sethi@gmail.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zyada, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any subscription or payment terms shown at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Zyada helps local businesses identify their Google business listing, generate review-request links, send review requests, monitor review-count growth, and prepare review-reply drafts. Zyada does not guarantee that any customer will leave a review or that your Google rating will improve.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

4. Customer Contact and Review Requests

You are responsible for ensuring that any customer phone number or name you add is collected and used lawfully. You must only contact customers where you have a valid business relationship and permission or another lawful basis to send review-request messages. You must not use Zyada to spam, harass, or mislead customers.

5. Reviews and Google Policies

You must not offer incentives for reviews, create fake reviews, pressure customers to leave positive reviews, or otherwise violate Google review policies or applicable law. Zyada provides tools to request honest reviews; it does not create, edit, or remove Google reviews.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features may be offered through a recurring subscription. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay, Google Play, or another supported provider. We do not store card, UPI, or bank account details.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund handling is described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, design, software, text, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Zyada. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

9. Acceptable Use

10. Disclaimers

Zyada is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party service. Google, payment providers, messaging apps, and app stores may change their services or policies independently.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyada and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, reviews, or business opportunities.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
