PropertyFrame Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

PropertyFrame is a mobile app for Indian real-estate brokers and property dealers. It helps users select property photos, add listing details, generate branded property posters, save them to the device, and share them with buyers or on WhatsApp.

This policy explains what data PropertyFrame collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and how you can contact us or request deletion. PropertyFrame is operated by Manmeet Sethi as an individual developer. For privacy questions or data requests, email m20sethi@gmail.com.

1. Data We Collect

Payment and subscription data Subscription ID, selected plan, payment status, billing period, and related checkout identifiers To create, verify, renew, cancel, and unlock paid subscription access. We do not store card, UPI, bank, or payment instrument details.
App activity and analytics Onboarding steps, app launches, feature usage, plan selection, checkout status, and product diagnostics through PostHog To understand whether the app is working, improve the product, debug launch issues, and measure funnel performance.
Advertising identifier and Meta app events Android Advertising ID (GAID), Meta app-event identifiers, app activation, registration, and verified purchase events To measure whether Meta ads led to installs, registration, and purchases, and to attribute conversions. You can limit or reset this in your device's Google Ads settings.
Diagnostics and device data Crash logs, error traces, device model, operating system, app version, and basic performance data To find bugs, diagnose errors, and keep the app reliable.

2. How We Use Data

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Photos and Device Storage

PropertyFrame asks for photo access so you can choose property photos and optional logos. It asks for media-library access so generated posters can be saved to your gallery. The app processes selected photos to create posters. Generated images may be shared through your device's sharing options when you choose to share them.

4. Third-Party Services and Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run PropertyFrame:

Provider Purpose
Firebase / GoogleAnonymous authentication, app configuration, backend functions, Firestore records, and account-scoped access.
RazorpayPayment checkout, subscription billing, and payment verification.
Meta (Facebook)App events, ad measurement, and attribution using a device advertising identifier.
PostHogProduct analytics, funnel diagnostics, and session replay for launch debugging. Session replay may capture app screens and text entered in the app.
SentryCrash reporting, error diagnostics, and release debugging.
ExpoApp build/runtime services and native modules used for image picking, saving, and sharing.

These providers process data to provide their services to PropertyFrame. They may process data in India or other countries where their infrastructure operates.

5. Payments

Paid subscription checkout is handled by Razorpay. Razorpay may collect payment details such as UPI, card, bank, billing, or transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. PropertyFrame stores subscription identifiers and status, but does not store card, UPI, bank, or payment instrument details.

6. Analytics, Advertising, and Session Replay

PropertyFrame uses PostHog for first-party product analytics and session replay. Session replay helps us debug launch issues by recording how the app is used. It may capture app screens and text entered in the app, so do not enter unrelated sensitive information into PropertyFrame.

PropertyFrame uses Meta app events and a device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / GAID) to measure app installs, registrations, and purchases and to attribute them to advertising. You can limit ad tracking, reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization from your device's Settings > Google > Ads.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Broker profile, listing, and photo selections may be stored locally on your device so the app can show your drafts and listings. Subscription records may be retained on our backend while your subscription or account is active and as needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion by emailing m20sethi@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit and account-scoped access controls for backend data. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored on PropertyFrame servers.

9. Your Choices and Rights

10. Children's Privacy

PropertyFrame is intended for business owners, brokers, and property dealers. It is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
