PropertyFrame Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PropertyFrame mobile app and related services. PropertyFrame is operated by Manmeet Sethi as an individual developer. Contact: m20sethi@gmail.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropertyFrame, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any subscription or payment terms shown at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

PropertyFrame is a mobile app for Indian real-estate brokers and property dealers. It helps users select property photos, add listing details, generate branded property posters, save them to the device, and share them with buyers or on WhatsApp. PropertyFrame does not guarantee any sale, enquiry, or business outcome from posters you create.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
You must provide accurate business and contact information.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.

4. Listing Content and Branding

You are responsible for the property details, photos, branding, logo, and contact information you add to posters. You confirm that you have the right to use this content, that listing details are accurate, and that you will not create misleading or unlawful listings. You must not use PropertyFrame to infringe others' intellectual property or to misrepresent a property.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features may be offered through a recurring subscription. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay, Google Play, or another supported provider. We do not store card, UPI, or bank account details.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund handling is described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, design, software, text, templates, and branding are owned by or licensed to PropertyFrame. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the app except as permitted by law. You retain rights to your own photos and listing content.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or compromise the service.
Do not create posters that are deceptive or that you are not authorised to publish.

9. Disclaimers

PropertyFrame is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or third-party service. Payment providers, messaging apps, and app stores may change their services or policies independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyFrame and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
