Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for TutorBook subscriptions. The intended plans are ₹500 per month or ₹3,000 per year. Payments are processed by Razorpay and subscription access is unlocked after successful server-side verification.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. To cancel or get cancellation help, email m20sethi@gmail.com with the phone number used in TutorBook and your subscription details, if available.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If a duplicate charge, failed activation, or clear payment error is confirmed, we will help resolve it through Razorpay or issue a refund where applicable.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Subscription periods that were successfully activated and used.
• Claims where payment or subscription ownership cannot be verified.
• Issues caused by incorrect information entered by the user.
